Gupta Soaps has virtually unlimited flexibility
to customize soap and introduce variants into the manufacturing
process while maintaining strict control over product quality.
It start from the amdgamator stage, where in the soap base is
added, along with the fragrances, colourants and other additives.
Which are then mixed thoroughly to precise concentrations. The
mixture is passed though fine mesh screens in multi-stage refiners
and roller mills to create a homogeneous composition.
The soap is then compressed and extruded
through a forming plate to obtain the desired perimeter shape
(round,square etc) & cut to length . This shape is then
press stamped as per the shape and design of our customers
brand into the soap. The individual soap bars are wrapped
and packaged, either inline or offline, depending on the complexity
of the packaging process. The finished product is stored and
is ready for dispatch.
